What my customers say

We've always thought ourselves to be incredibly lucky to have John as our designer. His work is of the absolute highest standard - for example many people have commented on the high quality of our website. It's pulled in customers and even other designers have been impressed. Not only that but John's customer service is second to none. He's extremely professional and also a very genuine and friendly person who truly cares about his clients and wants them to do well. We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.

Lands End to John O Groats bike ride

John with cycling helmetThis summer I'll be setting off on an epic solo voyage on two wheels - Lands End in Cornwall to John O' Groats in the top-right hand corner (or north-east to you map-readers out there!) of Scotland. It's in aid of Advocates for Animals, so please click on the link below to find out more and perhaps make a donation.

Full page advert in BBC Wildlife Magazine

Advert in BBC Wildlife magazineThis full page advert for Advocates for Animals served two purposes. One was to raise awareness of their Look out for seals campaign and direct people to the website, and the other was to raise money through the response device.

The striking strapline 'A common seal' is a play on words - common seal populations are declining in Scotland, sadly giving the name a touch of irony.

Freedom of Information presentation

Freedom of Information induction screenshotAudit Scotland asked me to put together an induction presentation that would inform staff of their obligations under Freedom of Information. Recording a high quality voiceover, I integrated this with the Powerpoint slides and also included an interactive quiz. Here was an example of how Powerpoint can be a force for good if used with creativity and a good grasp of the advanced animation features.
